Asset Management Software

When you are in the business of managing hardware, software and other ICT assets, you quickly realise that you need software or it is simply impossible to track, manage, support and price these assets.
We developed asset management software in 2007 and have continued to develop the software since then, over 15 years of development and use.
We developed our asset management software not only because we had so many assets that using Excel or any other program like that wasn't feasible or responsible but because we had a unique issue we needed to solve. In 2007, we created an ICT company that charged a flat fee per month to our customers for each ICT solution they had. The monthly flat fee included the cost of leasing the asset (say laptop), included software as well as unlimited support to keep the ICT solution operational and various other supporting services. We needed software that could not only manage the software, hardware and other assets but could deal with changing prices, like assets being broken, lost or aging out of the pool and collating all the support costs. Once all of this data was collected, the asset management software predicted the statistical long term price of an asset down to the day. This took over 10,000,000, yes 10 million, calculations.
We continue to use the same asset management software today. It allows us to price the cost of an ICT asset down to the minute and provide our customers with state of the art asset management. It also allows our customers to be able to allocate the costs of their ICT down to each person, per day and then allocate those costs to each department in their organisation. They call this Transfer Pricing.
If these features is something that interest you, you are able to use this software as part of your ICT solution with TecHaus or you can use the software yourself within your own ICT department.
